Very nice! I especially like the eyes: they're just flat out amazing! Are they from the movie or do you have another source image you used? Angelina Jolie already has semi-cat-shaped eyes so they really suit her well.

The only problems I see are the texture in the middle of her nose: it has clearly been stretched with the smudge or liquify tool, and her eyes are clearly a reflection of each other (in real life the highlights would be on the same side of each eye, not mirrored). My suggestion would be to remove the texture from the nose and then paint it back in with the healing brush or patch tool or whatever works best and to either un-reflect the eyes or clone out the highlights on one eye and then clone them back in on the right side. One other niggle is that the glow-dots on the skin look like they've been painted in rather than like they're glowing through the skin. I'm not sure how to make them better: maybe lowering their transparency a bit and setting their layer to screen?

Also, while this is a beautiful picture, if you're actually going for a movie-accurate Na'vi, their proportions are different: longer necks, higher cat-like ears, the nose is wider and cat-like all the way down, not just in the bridge, and the lower half of their faces protrudes slightly (again, like a cat).
